Pet Policy

Only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of 2 dogs per unit.  Each dog must be under 20 lbs. and cannot belong to a restricted breed per the terms of the lease. Residents must submit a one-time $150.00 non-refundable pet fee and a second refundable pet deposit of $150.00.  Pet rent is $30.00 plus tax, per pet, per month.
